Unlocking the Leadership Legacy of Beethoven

for Reflection following the podcast:

1.)  From the letter to Emilie:
"Persevere.  Do not only practice your art, but endeavor also to fathom its inner meaning."
In what ways can your life-leadership improve through persevering?
How do you transfer "fathom its inner meaning" to your learning?

2.)  From the Heiligenstadt Testament:
"Patience, they say, is what I must now choose for my guide, and I have done so."
In what ways can your life-leadership improve by adding patience to your tool box?
Beethoven said, ..."and I have done so" with such determination.  In what area do you need to add stronger determination?

3.) What do you hear?  Compare and contrast the moods you hear in the excerpts from Moonlight Sonata and Hallelujah from Christ on the Mount of Olives.

4.)  How do the musical examples connect to the words of Psalm 30:5?

5.)  Back to the letters, what do you hear?  Compare and contrast the moods you hear in Beethoven's written letters.

6.)  What pun have you discovered?
